During the Summer it is 3 hours earlier in Hawaii than Pacific Coast Mainland & 6 hours earlier than East Coast Mainland. During the Winter it changes to 2 hours earlier than Pacific Coast and 5 hours earlier than East Coast. (HST) Hawaii Standard Time doesn’t shift to Day-light Savings. We are close enough to the equator time changing to us is irrelevant. We have plenty of sun light throughout the year and our temperatures are quite similar year round. So Visiting Hawaii anytime is a good time!
