For the first time ever, this iconic culinary event will span two days, kicking off with the exclusive Poke Masters’ Table Celebrity Chef Dinner on Friday, June 13 at 6 p.m. (already sold out!) and followed by the main festival on Saturday, June 14 from 3 – 7 p.m.

This vibrant event is a must for food lovers visiting the island. It features:

• A live poke-making competition using over 1,000 pounds of fresh ahi tuna

• Hawaiian music and cultural performances

• Ono food and drink vendors

• A special demonstration by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sam Choy

3:00PM – Opening ceremony with Halau Ka Lei Mokihana, O Leina’ala presenting the opening blessing, and live music with Kaiona. Early access to the poke tasting hall begins (VIP only)

4:00PM – Poke tasting hall open to all general admission ticket holders

6:15PM – Voting ends, vote counting begins, poke demonstration by Sam Choy

7:15PM – Winners are announced

7:30PM – Closing ceremony
