We’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience at our property, and sometimes the best upgrades are the ones you notice in the everyday moments — like sitting down for a meal after a day of exploring.

In February 2026, we added a brand-new flatware set (knives, forks, and spoons) to the home, and we’re excited to share this kitchen upgrade with our guests.

Why the replacement? Like many vacation rentals, our kitchen gets regular use, and over time a couple pieces from the previous set mysteriously disappeared. One spoon also had an unfortunate encounter with the garbage disposal and came out a little chewed up. Rather than replacing a few individual items and ending up with a mismatched collection, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to upgrade to a complete, high-quality set.

We keep an 8-piece place setting at the property for guest use, so whether you’re enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out, making lunch in between island adventures, or preparing a relaxing dinner at the end of the day, you’ll have a full and consistent set ready to use.

For this upgrade, we selected flatware from Liberty Tabletop in their beautiful Annapolis pattern — and it checks all the boxes we care about: quality, durability, design, and responsible sourcing.

This set is made from 18/10 stainless steel, a premium-grade material known for strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance. In other words, it’s built to hold up well while maintaining its appearance over time.
