Smoking in The Home: Smoking in the home and on Lanai is not permitted. Hawaii state law 295, enacted November 16, 2006, and updated in 2015 prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed spaces open to the public. This the smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, medical marijuana and all illegal substances. We are subject to this law. In the event a smoking violation occurs, either a fine of $500.00 shall be charged to the credit card on file or the security deposit shall be retained.

There will be no refunds due to inclement weather including Hurricanes & Floods or other events beyond our control (act of God, strike, lockout, other disturbance or labor difficulty, war, act of public enemy, blockade, revolution, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, lightning, storm, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, embargo, unavoidable accident, lack of transportation, or anything done or not done by or to a person, government or other competent authority). Travel Protection Policies are offered at the time of booking to protect the guests vacation rental investment. It is strongly suggested Travel Insurance be obtained.

For the guests only paying the initial 30% minimum, the entire remaining amount is due and will be automatically charged to their credit card sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
